WTB: 650C stuff, mountain risers

…I’ve been trying to figure out how significant the difference between 650 and 700 wheels is forever, but I can never find a page or thread about it anywhere. Can someone elucidate the pluses and minuses of each?

One reason tri-geeks used to use 650c was for quicker acceleration and to get in the classic flatback 90/90 position of a flatback with arms at 90° and 90° hips. This was for a more time trial like postion and quintana roo sold many bikes like this. But they are out of fashion now.

They allow for less toe overlap and better geometry on smaller road bikes too.
