Well I was going to buy a new road bike but I think Im just going to build something up instead. Anyone know where I can find some decent used frames? Id really like something crazy from the 90s/early 2ks like the green Cannondale frame on the wall at OTB but I cant find anything. Surprisingly there isnt a whole lot to choose from on eBay either.
Sellwood Cycle in Portlandia does consignment sales, and they'll ship anywhere (within reason). Their site is usually up-to-date with the latest offerings.
Freeze Thaw in State College also sells used stuff. Not sure if they ship, though. There also used to be a shop in Eastern PA that sold and shipped used stuff. I purchased a bike from them years ago, but I can't 'member the name of the shop.

you could always try "crazedlist" craigslist demented multi city search sibling... it requires some browser setting changes, but nothing too difficult.
