Stolen: Sunlite pannier & Timbuk2 Saddle bag from 3rd Avenue Bike Station

Hey all, someone stole my shitty Sunlite C-Sport Traveler 2 and my Timbuk2 Bike Seat Bag Medium off my commuter when I was running errands after work from the Third Avenue bike station tonight. There was an Onguard chain in the pannier. Pannier was zip tied to the rack, and if I didn't mention it before, shitty, with reflective stickers on it. If anyone comes across anyone with a new shitty pannier or a not so shitty blue Timbuk2 saddlebag, I'd appreciate a pm. http://www.amazon.com/Sunlite-C-Sport-Traveler-Bicycle-Pannier/dp/B002E5B1FC http://www.sierratradingpost.com/timbuk2-bike-seat-pack-medium~p~1271j/ If by some off chance the thief reads this, I hope you get genital warts.

Hey, if you want more mediocre panniers, I got some waterproof sunlight things a couple of years ago as a gift, but I never use them because I'm kind of a pannier snob You want em?

@Pierce that's kind of you. I'm okay right now, I still have the stolen pannier's slightly less than mediocre opposite side twin. I had zip-tied the ripped off substandard pannier so I could haul groceries periodically and hold the ungodly heavy chain I used to use to secure my wife's and kids bikes when we ride together. I guess I was under the mistaken assumption that no rational/reasonable human being would steal a worn clapped out less than ideal pannier that wasn't even waterproof, but hey, what do I know? If anyone comes across these things abandoned Downtown somewhere, please let me know, I'd appreciate it. There was also an Onguard Beast chain lock in there, maybe a small medi-kit, some assorted bungees including an octopus one I brought back with me from Peace Corps. I kinda miss that crappy pannier. On the upside, the ride in this morning seemed a lot snappier with less weight.

FWIW, this is only the second pannier theft I've heard of here and the other one was by a kid when somebody was riding a bike uphill

And it is because of that incident that I bungee my pannier to the bike. Just run it through the handle.

Some pics of the twin, the stolen one looks just like it, only the left pannier, if anyone sees it out in the wild in "circulation".
